5 Days Loose Watercolour Florals Guide
Welcome! I’m so pleased you’ve decided to paint along with me.
This guide brings together five gentle floral projects designed to help you explore loose, expressive watercolour at your own pace.
Each day includes a printable PDF with step-by-step guidance and a companion video tutorial. There’s no schedule to follow—paint one flower today or enjoy them over several days. The guide is yours to revisit whenever you’d like a little creative time
Before You Begin

You’ll need:
- Watercolour paper or a sketchbook
- A couple of round synthetic brushes (sizes 6 and 8 work well)
- Your favourite watercolour paints
- A pencil and eraser
- A jar of clean water
- A paper towel or cloth
Day 1 – Lavender

A lovely place to begin. We’ll explore simple brushstrokes as we paint delicate lavender stems.
Day 2 – Sunflower

Learn how to paint bright, expressive petals full of movement and character.
Day 3 – Daisies

Discover how a few loose brushstrokes can capture the freshness and simplicity of daisies.
Day 4 – Poppies

Paint vibrant poppies while experimenting with soft edges and expressive colour.
Day 5 – Wildflower Bouquet

Bring everything together in a relaxed bouquet inspired by flowers gathered from nature.
I’d love to see what you create.
